Upon delivery, open your boxes immediately. Claims for shortages, damage or incorrect items must be made five business days from date of delivery.
Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Seasonal merchandise is not subject to return.
If you receive incorrect merchandise or did not receive merchandise you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please call for further instructions if you need to return merchandise.
Liability Policy: Your sole and exclusive remedy is limited to return and replacement of said merchandise. You shall have no right for incidental or consequential damages.
